By joining The Lobby, you agree to the following terms. This is a normative implementation contract for the hospitality community.

1. Membership and Verification

Membership is open to undergraduate and postgraduate hospitality students. University email verification is optional and serves as a badge for mailbox access only. It does not confirm current enrollment or degree details.

2. Community Guidelines

Participants must adhere to respectful participation and community rules. No harassment, hate, or impersonation is permitted. Moderators have the authority to remove content and restrict accounts as necessary.

3. Data and Privacy

We collect minimum profile data and operational records. No precise location, phone, or passport details are collected. Data export and deletion are available through the settings portal.

4. Intellectual Property

Content is authored by members and platform contributors. The Lobby Team reserves the right to manage and moderate all public discussions and resources. Copyrighted full-text reposts are strictly prohibited.
